At the September 27, 2011 Board Meeting and Annual Membership Meeting, nominations and election was held to replace two expiring Director terms.  Long-time Board Member Chuck Downey stepped down from his position; Walter "Red" Bainbridge also had an expiring term.  Executive Committee member, Paul Wallem, a past Board member and past Presdient, nominated Red Bainbridge for another term and long-time advisory board member Joanne Forys as a director.  Both were elected unanimously and will begin their 3-year terms. 

New Officer elections were held at the October Board Meeting.  Officers for 2012 are:
